Rhino Investments Group acquired an interest in The Promenade at Bolingbrook in late March 2025, bringing a focused strategy to reimagine the property as a vibrant, community-driven destination. To help implement its leasing strategy, Rhino has enlisted Chicago-based Brookline Real Estate as its leasing broker. Together, the two firms are working to refine the property’s retail mix with a variety of retail, service, dining, and experiential offerings designed to meet modern consumer needs.

The Promenade at Bolingbrook, a 778,000-square-foot LEED-certified center, features prominent anchors such as Bass Pro Shops and Macy’s, with Star Cinema Grill serving as a centerpiece of its entertainment offerings. The renewal of Barnes & Noble’s lease not only bolsters the center’s tenant lineup but also signals tangible progress and positive momentum under the new management.
