A celebration of Mexico’s heritage, Mago Grill & Cantina is the creation of award-winning Chefs Juan Luis Gonzalez and Ric Munoz. Its original Mexican and Latin menu is comprised of authentic favorites of freshly smashed tableside guacamole, seafood ceviches, savory salsas, fresh salads, and main dishes of steak, chicken, pork, and seafood. Mago Grill’s menu also offers the classics: suiza-style Burritos, Enchiladas, and Fajitas, including a Mango-style creation served in a hot molcajete. When it comes to Tacos, Chef Juan Luis has developed a host of flavorful recipes to pick from – all promising to excite the taste buds.
